Every Student Deserves the Opportunity to go to College!

Chicago ORT Technical Institute is approved by the United States Department of Education (USDE) to award federal financial aid to those who qualify.

The mission of the Student Financial Aid Office is to provide financial assistance to students so they may achieve their educational goals while attending the Chicago ORT Technical Institute. We believe that paying for an education should never be a reason why students are unable to get the education they deserve. We encourage all interested parties to visit our Financial Aid Office or to call for an appointment with a Financial Aid Advisor for more information about the best way to finance education at the Institute. To get started on assessing your eligibility for ORT scholarships, need-based grants, and loans complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at Make sure you include Chicago ORT Technical Institute’s OPE ID:  041184  in the school code section.

Payment Plans

Students who will pay some or all of their tuition themselves can take advantage of the Chicago ORT Technical Institute interest free payment plan. We will work with you to create a payment plan that works for your budget. See the Business Office for information about payment plans. Detailed Description: Those students who are currently studying in the areas of Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Programming or Communications may be extremely interested in this scholarship program. One does not require any expertise in this area. Passion for internet marketing content creation is enough.
